In progress photos you’ll see part of the room still exposed while leveling is occurring, alongside hardwood already laid in other areas. Once the boards are in, we install baseboards and shoe mouldings to complete the transition with clean, professional lines.
Luxury Vinyl Flooring Installation
Luxury vinyl is perfect for moisture-prone areas like basements. We install it over concrete, using DMX 1-Step 2.0 underlayment to add cushioning and protect against moisture. In one job, we extended the flooring onto the stairs using a matching finish to deliver a seamless look from basement floor to stair tread.

In this project, after removing the wall between the dining and living rooms, a gap was left in the hardwood floor where the wall once stood. To restore a seamless look, we installed new unfinished hardwood boards to fill the space, then carefully stained them to match the existing flooring. The result is a smooth, continuous hardwood surface that blends perfectly, making the renovation look like it was always part of the home’s original design.
