A few pictures from recent work:

In the first set of before and after picture, the backyard was cleaned up. Shrubs removed.

In the 2nd set of pictures a retaining wall was built with necessary permits in place from the city. The job was mainly done manually to keep the tree unharmed.

In the 3rd set of pictures a gutter was cleaned.  The homeowner was also informed of the condition of the roof.  Since the property was located in a tight neighborhood that made it impossible for the homeowner to see the condition of their roof, they had no idea what was up there.  After we show them the pictures, they started looking for a roofer to replace the shingles right before the winter was about to take hold.
